Our Story
Dionne Group LLC was founded with a simple objective: bring together experienced professionals from across the development, construction, and EPC industries to create a civil construction partner that understands the entire project lifecycle.
Our three partners bring a combined depth of experience that spans decades. One partner has specialized in construction since 2019, with a focus on project execution and field operations. Another brings experience dating back to 2014 in commercial construction and EPC, providing firsthand knowledge of the coordination, scheduling, and delivery requirements of complex projects. Our third partner brings more than 30 years of experience in development, business leadership, and project strategy. Together, this experience provides Dionne Group with a perspective that extends well beyond the traditional civil contractor.
Dionne Group was created by bringing together pre-existing businesses, relationships, and industry expertise under one organization. By combining these capabilities, we are able to provide our clients with a more comprehensive, responsive, and experienced partner for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Our focus is straightforward: deliver high-quality projects while providing exceptional customer service. We understand that successful projects require more than simply completing a scope of work. Having experience on both the GC and EPC sides of the table gives us a unique understanding of what our clients need from their civil contractor. Lexi transitioned into construction and business management in 2023, bringing a strong foundation of discipline, organization, and attention to detail from her previous career in nursing. She previously served as an Operations Manager for a commercial cleaning company while providing administrative and accounting support for another independent contractor. Her experience managing people, coordinating operations, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day business functions makes her a valuable part of the Dionne Group team. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and “hawk-like” administrative oversight, Lexi helps keep projects, documentation, and business operations organized, accurate, and moving forward.
